Scritches

Scritches is a completely free website where you’ll be able to:

  • check my real-time availability and request services online
  • check whether your service is confirmed or canceled
  • keep track of paid and unpaid invoices
  • receive report cards that detail:
    • what your pet was up to during their walk or drop-in
    • if playtime and/or a walk was provided
    • number of potty breaks and what type, or if the litterbox was cleaned
    • whether they were given food, water, treats, or medication
    • if packages were brought in, plants watered, or trash taken out
    • whether your home was secured/locked after my departure
    • view and save photos taken during visit
    • view a photo of our walking distance, duration, speed, and route (powered by WoofTrax)
    • view when their next drop-in or walk is scheduled
  • add your pet’s photo, name, breed, age, if they are neutered/spayed, microchip #, list any medications or medical conditions, if they have food allergies and their feeding schedule, upload their vaccine record, and more
  • add emergency contacts and your veterinarian’s information
  • provide home access and parking instructions

How do I sign up for Scritches?

New clients:

  • Create a new booking request via the online booking portal.
  • After selecting a service, date, and time window, you must fill out a new client intake form and agree to client policies. Once that is complete, choose “Send Booking Request.”
  • Once I’ve processed the request, I will send a welcome email with a link to activate your account. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it!

Current clients, simply text me your email address and I will send you a welcome email!


Do I have to use Scritches?

Yes. Scritches is how I ensure your pet receives the best, most reliable care possible. It provides a quickly accessible list of emergency information, as well as a reference point for your pet’s unique daily care needs.

Scritches is the only way I send visit updates and is how I manage all bookings. You may still text me to schedule services, but you might prefer using the website, as you’ll be able to see my real-time availability!
