What is your service area?

I currently only service pets in the Cane Bay Plantation (Cane Ridge, Lindera Preserve, Magnolia, Palmetto Walk, Pender Woods, Pine Crest, Pine Hills, Sanctuary Cove, The Hammocks, The Lakes of Cane Bay, Woodwinds) and Nexton (Bradford Pointe, Brighton Park Village, Hammock Walk, Midtown Nexton) areas of Summerville, SC.

What hours are you available for care?

8am – 1:30pm, 3pm-7pm on weekdays

8am – 7pm on weekends

Services outside of these hours are possible, but will incur an additional $2 fee per visit.

Can I request a specific time instead of a 2-3 hour service window?

You’re always welcome to request a specific time and I’ll do my best to accommodate. However, I prioritize pets with medical needs first, followed by seniors and puppies/kittens. Rest assured, your baby will always be seen within the time window you’ve chosen, but I cannot always guarantee exact times.

Do you offer house sitting or overnights?

No, I currently do not offer house sitting, overnights, or constant care.

Do you offer boarding or daycare in your home?

No, I currently do not offer boarding or daycare services.

Do you charge extra to administer medication?

No, I’m senior, special needs, and disabled pet friendly!

Are you insured?

Yes, I am professionally insured through Pet Sitters Associates, LLC.

Do you have any breed restrictions?

No, I love all furry, feathery, leathery and scaly friends! Just please don’t ask me to take care of anything with more than four legs…I will definitely panic. 🙃

What if there’s an emergency with my pet?

Every effort will be made to get in contact with you, the secondary owner, or the emergency contact. In the event no contact can be reached in a timely manner, I will make every effort to take your pet to their primary veterinarian. If they are unavailable, I will take them to the nearest vet with availability or an emergency clinic.
